Abstract
It is the first step as well as an important basis in evaluating the safety of the running vehicles to know the dynamic property of the braking system in the study of the whole vehicle brake property. In this paper, the responding characteristics of the electro-hydraulic braking system are analyzed, by substituting the electro-hydraulic brake valve with the domestic proportional pressure-reducing valve. The dynamic simulation model of the electro-hydraulic braking system is established, and the influence rules of the main structure parameters of the proportional pressure-reducing valve and the system parameters are analyzed using Matlab/Simulink software. The experiment verifies the correctness of the simulation model, and analyzes the effects of different control signals on the brake pressure and provides the theoretical basis for the design and study of the electro-hydraulic braking system.
