Abstract
In order to extract the growth rules of natural branching plants more efficiently, this essay proposed a method of dimensional reconstruction of the Virtual Plants growth based on the structure of quasi binary-tree after a deep analysis of the L system. This method simplifies branching plants growth rules by using quasi binary-tree structure and describes the topological structure of plants under the L system. The result of the actual trees simulation shows that this method can describe the plants growth rules efficiently and provide a new way for the extraction of plants growth rules.
