Abstract
To solve the problems of liquid fuel laced and agricultural waste disposal, first Cl-C5 alcohols which were very important in practical application were analyzed, the way to solve agricultural waste was provided, and the thermodynamic analysis for the synthesis of Cl-C5 alcohols could guide the experiment in praxis. The equilibrium constants were used to analyze the thermodynamic of the synthesis of Cl-C5 alcohols, and the calculation results in line with the trends of theoretical analysis was verified. Reducing temperature and raising pressure were useful for CO conversion and the generation of Cl-C5 alcohols, as well as different molar ratios of H2/CO influenced CO conversion rate. A new type of catalyst was developed, which could increase the yield of alcohols. Then the correctness of theoretical analysis was verified by the experimental data. Eventually the optimum condition was confirmed: pressure was 5.5 MPa, temperature was 350℃, airspeed was 6 000 h-1, yield was 0.172. The results can provide technical guidance for the coming industrialization
