Application of new mixed-flow grain dryers

According to the current situation of the lack of effective machine-type on rapeseed drying, new mixed-flow rapeseed dryers were developed successfully. Many new mechanisms were adopted in new machine-type , such as tempering and reverse mechanism, pulse pneumatic draining crops mechanism, the proportion of drying sections and tempering sections being fast adjustable mechanism and so on. The results showed that the technical and economic indicators were better than the existing value of the provisions of national standards using this machine-type dries rapeseed. Through fast adjustment of the proportion of drying sections and tempering sections, this machine-type also could be applied in rice drying, and the technical and economic indicators were better than the existing value of the provisions of national standards, achieved greater uses of a machine.
