Abstract
In order to establish the collision model of wheat granules in the vibrating sieve and seeder, a wheat recovery coefficient test device was constructed based on the kinematic equation principle, and the elastic properties of wheat were determined. The wheat varieties selected in the experiment were self-retained from Huanggang Township, Ningling County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province. The effects of collision materials, plate thickness, drop height and wheat moisture content on wheat recovery coefficient were studied by single factor test combined with response surface analysis. The results showed that the collision material had a significant effect on the recovery coefficient of wheat. The recovery coefficient of wheat increased with the increase of the stiffness of the collision material. The recovery coefficient of wheat decreased with the increase of the drop height and water content, with the increase of material thickness. For Q235collision material, the significant order of the effects of various factors on the recovery coefficient of wheat was: wheat moisture content, material thickness and drop height. The interaction of wheat moisture content and material thickness was more obvious. The results of this paper can provide a basis for the numerical simulation and product design of the combine harvester vibrating screen and precision seeder.
